The USB controller on my studio computer decided it didn't want to play. I've spent today building a new system. Now I'm having an issue with the Marvell IDE controller on my new Asus P5Q motherboard. It will not detect drives attached to it, though it did long enough to install Windows. As soon as I hooked up my second drive it stopped working... and I can't get it back.
The drive was working fine before I hooked it up. Now the thing hands on "initializing" and then finally says "no drives detected" and boots the computer using my SATA drive.
