Could God Heard Cats?

There are a few different views of God's Sovereignty among professing Christians. For some professors, anything other than Hard Determinism (every action, reaction & decision is determined by God) is nothing but Open Theism.

I'm working with another Brother on an article in which we will consider if God could build a Rube Goldberg machine with wild cats instead of items which only do one thing. Could God heard cats? We'll try to find out soon!
